In my yoga class this month we are practicing the idea of Sukha Mana or Sweetening the mind. The idea is to really notice all of the little things each day that bring beauty and gratitude to your life in order to develop happiness and a more positive outlook. I've decided to use this blog as a way for me to recall these lovely moments and to share the sweetness with you.
Our family recently experienced our first family trip all together. We visited Rick's family in Idaho. We played, canoed, swam in hot springs, climbed trees, toasted marshmallows, rode bikes through beautiful mountain country and rode the tram to the top of Baldy Mountain.
